Question For Support

Hello support,

I had decided to write this question under the bug report thread because you seem to be most active here. You may of seen my recent posts around forums about basically ranting on login issues. This isnt about that, I promise. However, my question does concern the game. Are any of you aware of future changes to the game that can potentially save it? The game is dying, and extremely fast. If any of support is active on a account here and there, you would be able to see the changes in population. Do you have any contact with developers? Tell them to read our suggestion page. And if you are aware of a game shut down date, let us know, because it seems like it can be any day now. Money does make the world turn and this game run but the money comes from the haypi community, and if that dies so does this.

Hopefully the next thing that pops up is a update not an activity...

I am also interested in the future of the game. I assume you're post was made before the most recent purchase treats event was posted - this is disappointing once again that generating more profit rather than providing good customer service is more important to them.

I'm hoping that version 1.8.0 that support have informed us will be available soon will bring new content to the game, as well as fixing the current log in issues. Maybe add some new levels to complete? Or improve daily rankings so it incorporates a lot more activities available in the game, such as fortune race, ladder, exploration and PvP.

I hope to see an update ready in the next couple of days that at least provides a solution to the log in issue.
