SUPPORT READ THIS

I feel like I'm almost wasting my time by posting this on the forums, as support rarely reply and when they do action is rarely taken. However I would just like to express my disappointment once again in the recent Christmas additions.

Firstly, and I mean no disrespect to the game developers when I say this, but who is the person that actually gives confirmation for these modifications... are they constantly high or just ignorant, because "Spend coin(s) to clear a training cooldown" as far as I am aware is not possible in Haypi Monsters: The lost Tower. So why was this addition implemented in the game, or the suggestion that it is possible when it 100% is not? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I can see this is blatant stupidity from the support team/developers.

And secondly, while it greatly less important than my first concern, it would of been nice other Christmas Box's were offered other than the £69.99/$99.99 ones. The regular giftboxes range from £2.99-£69.99, so why is this not consistent with the Christmas Box's. Maybe just laziness on the developers behalf?

I'm sorry to be so cynical and negative, but the recent progress and support received from the game recently leaves me feeling no other way.

Re: SUPPORT READ THIS

Dear player,
We are very sorry for the mistake in the task "Spend coin(s) to clear a training cooldown". In The Lost Tower, the training cooldown cannot be cleared. The activity on 25th was decided in time of emergency, after we saw players' feedback/suggestion about "Dailies Ranking" in the forum. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. We will try our best to avoid such mistake in future activity.

In regards to the coin gift package, we will forward your feedback to our designers to see if some more packages can be added.
Thank you so much for your support.

Best Regards,
Vicky
Haypi Team

Thank you for your quick response - I do appreciate it.

I look forward to seeing other Christmas Gift Boxes if you go through with the idea.

Regards.
