Bugs in Titan?

1. Normally after beating Titan, player can spin for reward (EOL or possible frag). Today, I beat first Titan (solo), but I did not get any spin.
-If i recalled correctly, the game crashed right after I won the match. When I re-joined, it took me back to main screen (no spin)...
-On my 2nd Titan (also solo), I was able to spin for EOL...

2. It came to my attention lately that the skill 'foresight' apparently will MISS in Titan on first cast...
-Based on what I encountered, there was one time it missed on final stage when I tried to avoid Smiter. And today, I had another encounter (not last stage)

Hi Angela,

Thank you for the prompted reply. I think it was btw 4:45 ~ 4:55 pm PST (Pacific). I usually go World Boss for few rounds then do the Titan (shortly after game resets: 4:40pm).
