Can't buy coins? :/

I've been struggling for the past month to get coins. No matter which way i do it, my account gets debited or credits used but the coins don't deliver... please fix this. its quite annoying.

Have you sent a ticket to support in game? If not you need to, also I would email them at mltsupport@haypi.com be sure to include any info you got from Apple like transaction numbers and dates. Your username and server number. Also explain what is happening in decent detail. Are you getting a confirmation mail in game from Haypi? should say thank you for purchase.
