Floor 5 climbing issue?

I got into the top 100 in PvP And the game wouldn't allow me to climb to the next floor when I had met all the requirements? I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it still didn't work. If we could get this fixed or tell me why it's not working that would be great:) Thanks

I believe what you're seeing is rank #68 on your server on floor 4, but there are many servers on floor 4. This means your rank would actually be #300 or #500, or even worse because the ranks will be based on the accumulation of all players in every server on the floor. You'll need to be top100 in PVP on the entire floor 4 to have a chance at climbing, (and there is no way to tell for sure if you are in the top100). Your best chance is to get your score to be at least 2000 and try again.

Your weekly pvp is also calculated at reset on Sunday 00:00 GMT. there is an appraisal to see who can climb and who gets demoted. But like iNokee said, try to get your score up around 2000 and check again. If you meet the requirements after the appraisal, your floor 5 should look like the following screen shot..

You have been trying to boost your pvp score AFTER the scores have been reset, so having your score raised during that appraisal process does absolutely nothing. You need the top score BEFORE reset on the final day. Good luck, try harder.

My score to get the climb up "lit" was 2763, then this week my score was only 1600?? maybe if that high?? and the 5th floor is still open for me to climb. I thought that was odd. My score the week before 2763 wasnt high either, maybe 1800?

From previous posts (drowned by new posts), I remember that there's only a certain limit of people that can climb up to Floor 5.

Which means that if you are late, there goes your chance.

I have already been on f5 months ago, these last few weeks I havent tried to climb, dont wanna climb again right now. I just think maybe the weekly score isnt really weekly. Maybe its an average over 2 weeks or the fact that I was 7th that week kept a "reserved" spot type scenario for the next week?? IM not sure about mine. However for the OP, he hasnt re-posted anything since, and I agree 1600 wont get you to f5. I think his SS was from mid week personally, like most players think they can climb to 4 or 5 like they did from 2 to 3 at anytime.
Would be good is support could clarify this some for us all, I know this may be a strange scenario, but nevertheless, I would like to know.

Bull, I've climbed on three separate occasions. You simply need to be in the top 100 of your category at the time of reset on the day of appraisal, in your server only. As long as you match those terms, the light should be green to climb.
