Game crashes

Well, this is old but it's never been heard. Game crashes in certain activities. In fortune race i gotta pray when i join the activity to not crash, to make it more clear, i would say 5 out of 10 fortune race opening, conclude in app crash and restart. After that i can try fortune race with no problems at all.
Same crash problem is found sometimes while doing pvp, tm's, and other stuff like reviewing the monster encyclopedia.

Could you please check and confirm whether those crashes occured while you've left your app/the corresponding page untouched for a long time? In the meantime, would you mind sharing your device details with us?

Encyclopedia, PVP, Team Mode, Fortune Race all these features require nice device memory. Because they take up the temporary store on your device.

We'd suggest you double-tap on your HOME button to access multi-tasking and kill all unused applications that would help you spare more memory. Also, we recommend you to relogin the game through My Account if you've left your game untouched for a long time.

I have seen that quite often lately when I am using 3G outside, but almost never when stayed inside a stable wifi area.

My guess is that to init the race screen, it requires a lot of data and if any is missing in the transmission, it crashes.

Please info this to your programmer to see if they can refine the initial code for the race to make it more robust against bad internet connection and transmission.

However, that is only my guess and suggestion, but I do notice the crashes too.

99% of the time i play on wifi and i think i never faced bug like that so im pretty sure its because the internet connection
