Lag problems

Dear support,

Last few days many players have complaind about Lagging issue in the game, please take note and look in to it, fix this problem Asap!

I report that in another thread about this, but support just answered me to restart my device. I know it's not my device or connection, cause both my home and work are using stable fiber optic line, and I am not seeing the same sluggish connection issue while playing other iOS game at same period of time.

But it is hard for me to prove anything, so I did not push it too far if no other responded with the same issue.

I actually noticed this since last emergency maintenance (not sure if it has any connection).

The sluggish connection is kind of periodic and there is usually once in the last 10-20 minutes right before change of day in the game.

Personally i have lags and gliches from a week before the emergancy maintence and not matter how much i complain and try take screenshots u ignore me -_-'

My time zone is CET - Central Europian Time , but there is no rule or exact time when laging is happening, the game server simply stops responding ( i know its game server cause nothig works exept Chat and Support page) in other words its major lags somtimes few times a day, chek your server or server provider, chek server logs, test the PING, make tests, game is totaly unplayable somtimes!
