Can not log in :((

I was playing then but suddenly I have been kicked out of the game.I tried to log in again but it stopped at 20%.What is happening?
Please help

Well, there is a sort of emergency maintenance. It is post in the news before you entered the game; however, the announcement is some times very late and in short notice. I wasn't awared of it until I got kicked out of the game too.
