Account not logging in

Hi support I just climbed from floor four to five but when the game restarted it only loads til 20% and a connectivity error comes up I checked my connection and it's working fine can you help me pls my account is deathwrain

The login error has been fixed. You're able to access the account now. We suspect that it was caused by a rarely-seen comminication error during your tower climb procedure.
