I've requested for more details of your phone & settings through pm, please get back to us in a timely manner. Although it seems to be quite specific and limited to your phone, we'd still like to help.

I have given you all of that data in pm previously for other issues. However this issue and the previous issue have now seemed to finally resolved themselves.... For now
