Unable to play

Unable to play

Redownloaded the game after an update and lost my first account in which I could not advance to 2nd floor (delayed loading). The game reset itself and I ended up having to make a new account under a different name (old user became invalid) and now it's stuck at a tutorial for fortune race activity pop up which looks like it unlocks at lvl 5 but I'm currently lvl 3 so it won't let me bypass it. I have tried restarting the app and redownloading it for some time now ever since it first came out. Thought it was just my device but that doesn't seem to be the case either. Help please.

Having the same problem also. Just got my VIP 3 too as soon as climb up this happens. Sad to see a fun game have this many problem which makes it not fun anymore.

Hi there, is your old account a default HA_xxx or with a username? May I know your device details? Could you please pm me with your account name, server no., and other info about your problem?
