cannot login

i try to login and it says "this username cannot be used"

i try signing into my account and it says "this username cannot be used"

i try to retrieve my password and it sends me to the hypai website but it says "nginx error" and you cannot do anything

Looking at your username here on forums its panache without a capital P, have you tried that?
Also maintenance is going on right now for new update that needs to be downloaded

Same thing for me, goes to 20% and says check internet connectivity, yet I can link to other games, I unistalled and even retried.

Yeah it's probably the matinence thing. I tried both capitalized and non capitalize
