Patapilla Cave problem?

Well after the update i just realized that patapilla cave at SS-8 can no longer use dice due to the items are not allow. So, how do we suppose to catch him, you have to be really lucky to land on the cave, roll 1-3-1 constructively. How this is possible??? Please fix this
