Bought coins but no coins.added to account!

Hi support, i boughy coins on Haypi kindom, it it was purchased and took my money but when i.went to check my coins much to.my suprise they wernt there.... I dont have any coins and i have contacted Kindomsupport@haypi.com...... I.am furious at this and.ecpect to get my.coins or a refund!
