Unable to log in

Hi Haypi, I was really looking forward to this new game, and since it was just released, I was really hoping that maybe I could compete and be at the top ranks. However, it's been around 15 hours plus minus that I have been unable to log in. I click start and it starts loading, but it stays at 20% and after awhile it say unable to connect, check your internet connectivity... I am on wi fi, I can go youtube facebook etc. so it's very likely that it's not my internet connectivity problem. Please fix this problem, my username is FrozenFlux.I hope you would also be able to compensate me, although I doubt you will... =( sigh...

Good for you. But it's too bad for me, my problem haven't fix. I create my id during the server problem( loading stuck). Now my friend doesn't in my pals list event I key in inviter code from the beginning. Hope gm will concern my my post .. >.<

Bahamut, did you enter correct inviter code when you created the account? can you tell us both of your and your friend's account info? We will look into this first.

I have the same issue too. It happened after I checked in the second level of the tower. The game said I have to restart the game so I did. But then when I tried to renter. It was stuck at 20%.. I know game mods are trying to fix the issue and I'm grateful for that. I hope that they could just fix this soon. I'm trying to get to the top as soon as I can. Thank you and more power haypi.
