Frozen game

So yea when moving up to floor 2 the game is stuck on the message verifying floor info. This message wont go away. Does anyone know if re-installing the app will you lose all your characters and have to start over.

Reinstalling the app will not lose anything, the account is online, so you should be fine. I'm assuming you have registered as you are posting online, so if the reinstalled game does not automatically start on your account, just click 'Account" instead of Start and type in your username and password.

I think even if you clicked start after re installing app it would bring up your account. BUT its safest to enter it in manually. Your account is kind of linked with your device.

Deftones,, Shade is right, you will not lose your game info by deleting it and re installing. I have done it a few times on HM and TLT.
