Apple's review on TLT V 1.3 venide has completed. We'll kick off an update maintenance on all servers from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM today -- Feb 26th, 2014 (GMT)
The TLT Venide V1.3 will be available soon after the maintenance (as different region App Store's refresh time varies)
We're sending the maintenance notice atm.
