User does not exist

So I deleted The Lost Tower ver 1.4 and installed 1.5. However, when I tried logging in it says: "User does not exist." On a whim, I tried re-setting my password and it did not work. I enjoy playing this game and I put in quite a bit of time, so I really don't want to start over. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Make sure your capitals are correct. and the spelling is correct. If that doesnt work email support at mltsupport@haypi.com and explain your situation..

I am having the same problem. I just got an answer from support in game and all they said is I need Venide client. No clue what that meant, but it definitely didn't answer my question on how to transfer my 1.4.1 account into 1.5 version-VERY FRUSTRated here as I'm sure u are too!

Just so you know u r are not alone in this :-)

I've checked and confirmed the accessibility of your account. Please make sure that you've downloaded the correct client version. You are a Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower for Venide user.

If you login on Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower, you may receive the mentioned error message. Please note that Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower and Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower for Venide are two seperate client versions and they are not crossed.
