Coin error

I have been trying to purchase coins for 4 days now.
And when I click buy. It loads for about 59secs
Then says , purchase has been cancelled or failed. I've tried
Many times with the same error. Nothing pops up before the error
Does.
Please help.

Is your phone jailbroken? Do you have any purchase-relevant applications for jailbroken OS? If so then please uninstall Cydia or any jailbroken OS and reboot the system to Apple official OS then try again.

Could you please check and confirm whether the current iTunes account is the same one which you downloaded the application with? If not, we'd suggest you go to Phone Settings > Store > Apple ID to check and reset your iTunes account info.

Please set your Apple ID to the same iTunes account and try again.
