buying coin bug?

i bought 9 coins 3 times a few days ago, i got a success on purchase message on all 3, yet till now i havent got what i paid for. i even have a receipt email from itunes. all i wanted was to get the VIP 1 status and the bonus items from buying coins (plus the coins them selves). Am i the only one getting this problem?

I had a similar problem and was refunded the $$, I then tried purchase again and it went through ok.

btw how long did it take for itunes to refund the $?

in email it said up to 48 hrs but I got it 3 hrs later. So good luck! Just make sure to give apple the receipt numbers!

You can also email mltsupport@haypi.com to double check they havent received your $$ from apple.

well i managed to ask for itunes to refund my purchase and just tried to buy another pile of coins. Does it take time to get the coins or is it supposed to be instantly given? because I didn't get any mail or anything that gives me the coins

After you click buy(the apple pop up), it takes mine about 30 secs, then I enter my appleid pasword, Then about another 30 - 45 secs later I get the "Purchase successful" message from Haypi.
