I have a problem ! Normaly I'm in the floor 4 but since today they took me of the floor 4 and now i'm in the 3rd ! Can you help me please !! Eveytime i don't play for a few days they do this !!!

If you don't meet the requirement for a certain floor you'll be downgraded automatically by the system. For more details about Tower Climb and Downgrade, please refer to the following link:

Either you havent played PvP enough each week to keep a decent rating, lost in pvp A LOT, or you have not played/logged in in a few weeks?

Those are the only things I know of that will get you demoted. Hope that helps.
