Bugged synth?

For some reason which is new to me I do believe I have a bugged epic chunky, I'll have to post the pictures as soon as I get a chance but first let me explain. As we all know when you have the relevant monsters to synth even if they are under level they show up as obtained but translucent, I'm stunned to figure out why a level 37 chunky won't show up on my artica scroll synth instead it's a solid opaque grey. I have contacted support direct but the advice was pretty basic and unhelpful, further more I've refreshed the game several times and still the same result anyone know any suggestions?

I believe monsters you want to use in Synthesis can't be in your current party.
Remove said monster from party and try again.

Hey koen it's me DamBusterUk aka RubyGuardian in lost tower, the picture does show the E rank chunky out of the battle team and the other was taken shortly after I have tried all options and nothing seems to make sense

I don't really see any problem then. I was under the conclusion that you were synthing the S Chunky, like you would in Haypi Monsters.
Try getting your E Chunky to 50, then try again?

I'm going to take it to level 50 and see but if not support needs to get on this cause it takes time to gain scrolls in some cases lol!! Funny thing is my gold chunky works for the synth but this E rank one is like it's not even there yet I can see it and I know it is

Put the chunky in question in line-up, do 1 normal battle, take out and see if it changes. Could be like that old HM bug that wouldnt register mobs in book unless you did that??? just an idea to try
