NO GOLD COINS RECEIVE AFTER PURCHASE!

Please kindly check there is a gold coins bug now...just bought a barrel of gold coins and never receive mail and the gold coins...I bought the barrel of gold coins and it's unfair for me...coz i love this game and I'm willing to pay it..appreciate your help..please advice thks..
