cant get the skill

when my blaze already lvl 34,i cant got blaze last skill.. then i look at details it said the skill will appear in slot 3 which i use it for skill book before.. now what can i do so the i can get the skill? pls help..

Manually learning a skill overwrites the skill that should've been leared by default if it was placed in that slot. Meaning you'll keep your learned skill over the default skill.
