Loading stuck at 10/20%

Hi my loading gets stuck at 10, then 20% then times out...

It's not my internet.

Same for me at this time.

I have same problem. After this inconvenience, i would like say thanks for the next compensation. I hope the halved event could be extended n the reward gifts are: ultimate rune & fragments. Thats enough
