He's right. Even if they put in a random value, the system will always follow that same route, making it calculable.
e.g. : 1+Y (Y = 1 ~ 50)
In the beginning, you would get random numbers like 16, 3, 47, 20, 22, 38, 15. That doesn't seem to promising does it?
However, even with that formula, you can work out that the answer will always be between 2 and 51, no matter what happens.
Making it a formula that can be reasoned with, and sometimes even be anticipated (not in this case).
