I gifted a monster Robo, to my pal BiitchPlease. I lost my monster and he didnt get it.(remove one i in the name)

If I'm not mistaken gifted monsters are sent to the recipients in an attached mail. Have your friend go to menu -> mailbox -> attached mail (thirdd tab at top) and look for an email saying he got a gift from you. Once he reads it the monster should be in his monster section. Hope this helps
