No VIP or gift from purchase

I made a purchase as the promo requested but still 4 days later have not received my VIP status or the bonus card and items. I am also missing out on ladder victory prizes due to having one less slot, free instant trainings etc. I have mailed support 3 times now ... Once with a screen shot with proof of purchase. Still haven't had a response let alone a fix to my issue. In game name is LujanX and server is 51063

by the 50 coins in the price of 0.99$? if you mean this one,it says somewhere that your vip points won't increase if you purchase this one

It said nothing of the sort on it. Support have told me that they overlooked stating that part on the promo and are still not giving my VIP or bonuses... Just another company that can't take responsibility for their mistakes. I know it's only 99c but it's the principle of saying one thing and not delivering.
