Floor 5 Qualification

Hi,

I have attained the required prestige 75000 for floor 5 since last week, and today during the qualification PVP test I kept my weekly pvp rank at 32, still floor 5 was not unlock after the qualification test ended. I believe I have attained both the requirements.

Is this a bug? If so, please help.

Hi Eidine,

Floor 5 Climb is a first come, first serve event and there is a climbers' cap too. If the cap has been reached then even you are qualified, you still cannot climb up to Floor 5 and need to try again next week.
