Stuck on 20% loading

Hi ,

I am VIP 6 and spend alot of money on this game, I got stuck on 20% loading and I am on floor 2.

When can this be fixed???!!!

Do we get free coins for this down time? I am going to loose my rank 1 on ladder because of this.
