What is the best method to contact someone from this game. Sending a support ticket doesn't work and you get a response 2 weeks later that says " sorry it took so long". No one on here seems to respond to the board topics at all.

What is the best method to contact someone from this game. Sending a support ticket doesn't work and you get a response 2 weeks later that says " sorry it took so long". No one on here seems to respond to the board topics at all.

The in-game support tickets is fastest for me, I usually get a response within 2 days, unless its a holiday or weekend. Just gotta be sure to go back to where you made the ticket and check periodically. As you probably know once you send in-game ticket the responses Do not go in your mailbox.
You can also email them at mltsupport@haypi.com I have had decent response times there as well.
