I like it how when someone post some bullsh@t they get replied to but when I post on someone else's make a new topic and send a private message I don't get sh@t I can't get into the game anymore but as long as his rhor stats are good there's nothing to worry about

It's called a Bug Report, not bs, and I read your post and I didn't respond either because you were not descriptive at all. The support team doesn't even speak English as a primary language and struggle when we describe it perfectly clearly. So, the best way to get around that is to write a detailed explanation that they have a chance of understanding, not whine about it and hope they care, because honestly, they don't.
