Skill Books
Posted: Mon May 29, 2017 7:51 pmI have been trying to get three different skill books for my Arctica. Chill, Cunning, and Blizzard. I've been trying for weeks and they haven't appeared on my wheel once. Is this bad luck? 
Umm probably. It's all luck on the wheel. I ASSUME that most/all skill books in Veteran and Expert mode have a 10% to appear on a wheel. And probably around 7-10% for Legendary Fragments. And probably 1% or lower for Legend scrolls. But tbh, u usually get scrolls easier than skills.
Just log in everyday and farm for ONE skill at a time.
