Purrfection no iaijtsu?

Hi all, recently I acquired a silver Purrfection. When I try to learn it iaijtsu there is no option even though it is in my bag. Purrfection Should be able to learn it. I have seen others as Well. How can I teach it to my Purrfection?
This is also the case with "snelheidsbeperking"(dutch) in english something like: speed impairment (thorny forest 10 vet mode).

About a year ago, they nerfed skill books.

Iajitsu can only be taught to non-physic and non-ghost mobs.
As for Speed Control, it can only be taught to Robo.

Those that have Iajitsu on their Purrfection taught it before the update.

It's a shame really, especially since physical type mobs got hit the hardest, since they cannot learn physic or ghost moves anymore.
