Forget password account

Hi ,
My friend forgot his password account
His name is Hadi10
The problem he can't remember it and he got already new account
Which name is Hadi1000
He told supporters about his problem and they talked with him in his email
But all things didn't work and he tried to tell supporters again that he couldn't enter three times but nobody replied to him
And he tried to tell you here but when he came to submit his topic the page says error , is that meaning that u blocked him?!
Because he is confusing why he can't make topics here
Plz help him to get his account back
And you can communicate with him by his other account
