Where is the bos raid?

Anyone can tell me where can I find the boss raid and the world boss activities in new update 1.8.4?

2. Rules for World Boss have been changed.

"have been changed" doesn't mean "have been cancelled".

And also, yesterday a boss appears in a challenge to fight with him in boss raid. I think this is a bug.
