My rhor scroll

Im a bit mad now cause i realy want toget my rhor silver.
I was in vet mode c-15 abd once i finished the lvl i landed on a thor scroll.
I had communication delays and my game crashed so i logged back in and my scroll wasent there.

Pls pls pls read this and help me
