Doesn't let me buy gold...

So I have made my own Apple ID today and got my credit card details on it and everything... So when I tried to buy gold... This happens.


Is it because Apple doesn't allow purchases on the day the account is created but only after 2 days after the account was made?

We'd suggest you contact Apple support directly for some suggestions. According to my own experience, such error message would appear when the Apple account balance is not enough, linked credit card verification issue or when some systematic limits have been reached.
