A few basic questions, thanks in advance

What's up ? I'm new to the lost tower and got to lvl 15 today, I have a few questions
1) is there a place I can see all the monsters + names ? I need it for missions and stuff that only work with a spacific monster and I have only the name and no idea what monster is this. E.g. I have a mission to defete 2 joey and I have no idea what this monster looks like.
2) how or where can I use fragments and Essenes to get gems scrols and books ? I got tons of this stuff and no idea what to do with them, at this point they are only taking space in the bag.
3) where can I read more , and maybe some tips about the lvl 15 enhance tree for best use and ext. ?

Please save your soul. This game has by far the worst support and devs. Devs ask "what do you want to see in the new update?? We peasants say these amazing, unheard of, spectacular ideas and we get sh!t on. I couldnt log in for nearly a month..floor 1 and 2 cant log in for a god dam day get a compensation reward..wtf does a floor 1 or 2 get in a single day..stopped playing a while ago..but GL man
