The 80% issue

I was able to play the game again after almost 5 days of this issue.
What i lost was morethan 240 energy per day, daily rewards, world boss rewards ( at least 10 treasures per day ) as well the the free trainings and other activites. Everything x5.

Will haypi compensate us? Or they would force us to spend the coins to get what we lost? Would they even talk about this issue ?

Re: The 80% issue

We really do need a compensation, it is almost impossible to play like this.
I miss most of team mode timings , other rewards etc..
Do something already :x

I agree, compensation is the only way that Haypi can restore some faith back in the players.

Re: The 80% issue

I'm not sure if this works for others but I had the same problem. If you can get access to data, try turning off your wifi and logging in using data. It might take a while (about 2 mins for me). If you are able to log in via data, you can turn on your wifi at that point and it should be working fine.

This worked for Ubon and I. I'm not sure if we ran into the same issue as you but good luck Hambaka!

Thats not a solution. What if someone doesnt have a data or cant afford it? The game is supposed to work on wifi and if something happend that prevent the game from working through wifi, then there is an issue and they should fix it and compensate and talk to us about it. I stopped playing the game from that time because i dont want to play orneven spend coins on something that does not give a value to the player

Re: The 80% issue

I guess to clarify, I get the issue on data and wifi. Turning off wifi is not a universal solution

I understand and I never said this was a solution. But since this is still an issue, I was simply hoping to help you with what I found out.
