Talent stat boost?

Just curious how much these talents boost your stats,in percentage.
1 force II
2 force III
3 Adaptability
4 Technician II
5 Stat boost(atk boost, spd boost ect.)
I've heard techII and force III is 50% and adap is 40%
is that true?

I got no idea TBH. But an easy way to find out would be to test your damage with the talent off then with it on and divide the two numbers. I'll post if I find any details.

Some say it exists , others say its a legend, a mystery, no one knows yet.
