Ok so I decided to dedicate a couple hours to hunt down neor and he is indeed catchable I encountered 5 caught 3 out of them so long behold mine is going gold tommorow I am from Venide haha took 1 for the Venide team lol but yes this is to answer the question he is in sealed space 15 expert

Im not doubting you, just that's a ton of dice! Especially since Explore sux monkey nuts now, My stockpile of dice is way down, down to 30 lol. I'll try here and there but unless I get some dice from boss essence, i wont dedicate trying for it.

Lol yes I wanted it bad so I dedicated just to hunt it plus I had saved a ton of boss essence blew it all away on dice I also will make gold pattairy and cranie but yes he is there for sure just takes patience and thanks man

I just want to ask one question, isn't there only two servers TLT and Venide?
