Support: Question about Sealing

Hello, I am posting because of something I read about in a post here. The post was about how there is a mechanism that allows you to capture a monster by the 100th seal. I can't find that post anymore so please excuse me if I am being redundant. I play TLT: Venide and I messaged them about the mechanism and if it really worked and they said yes. However, when I was trying to seal Neo today I used 108 seals and in the end I did not obtain it. Please help support or any veteran players. I think I might have misunderstood something so I am posting here before I post in the Bugs and glitches section.

I'm pretty sure that mechanism doesn't exist. And I know it after 99 rounds in a single battle it automatically ends.

Support messaged me about the 99 turn limit too. They said to be aware that cave battles end after 99 turns. They said that the game accounts for this in that if you don't get the monster by the 99th seal, and the battle ends, the next time you encounter that same monster (in my case Neo) the first seal you use will capture it guaranteed because it will be your 100th seal. I wish I had a screenshot of their exact message but I've been sending lots of questions to them so that specific message isn't in my reply box anymore. I'm still not sure what to make of this. Please help support or anyone else.

Edit: I forgot to mention that they specifically said that this only applies if you use the 100th seal in the same day, thus before reset. They also called this a "safety mechanism" in the reply and that's all that I can remember from the message. I did also ask Support directly through ny TLT: Venide account in game, not on the forums.

I do believe you but maybe you misunderstood or something, but I will assume this is what they really said.
You can't trust since they kinda have a bad history for false information. Until now I saw 2 mistakes from the support (excluding this one).When the game was released , everyone had a 100% chance of capturing their first epic from a cave, which they changed now. When asked about this, they said there was never such thing.Another time they gave the required monsters for a legendary scroll( i dont remember which legendary) from the old haypi monster game which is different than this one.

Oh wow, how can they give out false information like that? Shouldn't they have to take responsibility for giving out false information?

I did see the post you linked a while back and I kinda assumed it was because the person asked them about that on HM1 (like sent a question through the HM1 game) because I know it definitely exists there.

Please don't behave so smugly. Your comments aren't very constructive and it seems their only intent is to gloat (though I don't see what you have to gloat about).
The fact that I actually want an explanation instead of "I said this so it must be true!" means that I want logic and I want facts. It would be laughable if I just assumed you were always right. In addition to that, I do not feel you are a reliable source. I explained the situation to you about 100 seals and you responded with two things. First you responded with "oh you can't seal your first epic with your first seal anymore" which isn't even relevant and shows you didn't even bother reading what the situation was and it really just shows that you are spouting random stuff to sound important. Second you responded with "it's a lie, support is always lying" which I asked why and you didn't provide any evidence. I don't see how you can expect me to believe something "because you said so". Stavey on the other hand actually gave me examples.

So I am still waiting for support to provide an answer.
