Waterspout

I'm debating what to give my Cygness and I wanted to know what the general opinion was on Waterspout. Is it work keeping or should I replace it with Water Torrent?

Is Waterspout more useful on a Whalorn or Pewgway?

If you use waterspout well, it is fantastic and one of the strongest moves in the game, if you use it poorly, you'll get destroyed

It's only good if the opponents monster is faster than u. If u are faster u just use waterspout with no damage. Works well against feli.. Rhor and neon

Let me rephrase the question.

Which of the water epics should have waterspout and which should have water torrent? Or should they all have both?

All water epics except for Whalorn

All epics except for Whalorn should have Waterspout?

Use waterspout on slow water mob...like cygness and pewgway...but cygness has highest hp~it will deal more damage
