A very public thank you support read

I want to say a massive thank you to haypi monster support team for there help let me explain...

I was told by support that if I used grade S monsters to synthasize a new monster the new monster would be grade S so I spent 1 month upgrading hippo ingreadiants to make him S when I got him this however was not the case and he came out E-.

I was obviously annoyed by this event and the support team was very helpful and rewarded me with a massive amount of gold as compensation, they took full responsibility and corrected the issue swiftly and I wanted everyone to know how great the haypi team can be.

So once again thank you haypi monster the lost tower support team hip hip hooray

I allso would like to thank support team! I found and reported as most of you know a big error in support mailing system.. For that i got allso a good compensation... The mailing system is fixed and it works fine now allso haypi support did a great job and took the time to read and understand everything so noone got hurt or done anything bad!
