So electric types can learn rain prayer?

As the title says , I'm pretty amazed , Neon and Rhor can make their own rain. Idk if this is any kind of game changer but its pretty cool

Only water can learn it

The book says only water types can learn rain prayer, but I have seen several Rhor and Neon monsters with it. Not exactly sure how that happened.

plants can learn celes prayer now, whish they give us some notice about this.

Yes after the update Electrics can learn Rain Prayer and Plants can learn Celestial Prayer. The descriptions didnt change so I dont know if its bugged or designed that way now.

Don't forget to change description about Wood element too mod, cuz they can learn celestial prayer too.
