Can you explain how to actually read this?

Are you saying that if you have an X buff and you land on a Y buff you get +/- a reward or something?

It doubles, quadruples, halves, or quarters your money grab, honor, or exp card grab respectively. Some other buffs include 1/2 the time it takes to cool down, or an auto cool down, or an extra dice roll.

Rayeballs, you are correct. ex: if you have fire buff on you and you land on or go over earth buff you get super grab combine buff, vice versa.
It is not reward. It's just buff. ex: if you get double money, next time you land on money square you will get double amount of money.

I think.....When other player steal your stuffs, you can still receive more then half of your stuffs back.
