My coins?
Ordered 20 dollars worth and I haven't received any of them? I ordered on 11/23/13 but still haven't gotten anything? It took the money from my bank account, and still says the item has been purchased and hasn't been downloaded yet. But then keeps saying purchase failure. Can you please fix this? Or give me my money back? Like seriously. thank you for reading this and please fix my problem. I would be grateful because I don't want this to be the reason I stop buying coins from you guys. Please fix.
