Enhancing

So apparently in Haypi Monsters we needed 2 monsters to breed to obtain a S grade monster eventually. But now in Lost Tower it's enhancing, so my question is, we just need 1 of the monster that we want to be S grade instead of a pair in lost tower?

Im not sure I understood you , but yes you need only 1 monster instead of pairs.
