It's in the lost,tower but I don't know what it is

This is a gift card option for Korean servers, in other words they got a payment metod to buy a gift card or earn a gift card in a activity, gift card can contain gold coins, to activate a gift card you get a special code you need to input in that window screen you got in picture.

And NO noone exept Korean players got the ability to buy or give a gift card or activate it in anyway.
